Texasflower, you causin' trouble again, girl? ;-)
I didn't see Ann's CBS appearance, but I'm wondering if the show was taped right after news broke of the moderates' deal on judicial filibusters. I don't imagine Ann was too happy about that. I saw her a week or two ago on The Tonight Show, and she did pretty well.
Ann has a great column on her site right now about Newsweek's selective attitudes when it comes to reporter Michael Isikoff.
According to Ann's website, she has a number of other media appearances coming up:
TUESDAY, MAY 24: HANNITY AND COLMES
WEDNESDAY, MAY 25: CNN'S LOU DOBBS
THURSDAY, MAY 26: SCARBOROUGH COUNTRY

Sorry for the double post. I got an error message saying there was trouble with the website when I tried posting the first time.
Well hi there sweetie! Yes, it appears that I am causin' trouble. But I'm off to bed soon.
I don't know when this was taped. You may be right about the timing.
I just wish she would lighten up sometimes. From Ferguson's reactions, he had not planned any sort of political discussion.
Well my friend, I'm off to bed. It's early for me for a change.
Take care Charlie.

I didn't see Ann's CBS appearance...Fortunately, doodlelady DID watch Ann's appearance last night.
Here is her report, from he other thread:
To: RonDogThanks for the ping, Ron.
Up working late and saw the ping just in time to catch Ann. Never watched Craig Ferguson before.
Read a bit of the thread and expected her to be
horrible, but she was just herself. Hard to be on
Craig's wave length (whatever that is) so she didn't
let him drive her off the road.
Ann is an acquired taste. I find her graceful and elegant,
nobody's cookie cutter version of a conservative.
She's unique, and her individuality resonates.
She's not an actress, and she doesn't suffer fools.
She seemed incredibly good natured in the face of his
bobbing and weaving and acting like he didn't know
what she was talking about.
Ron, from your perspective, what was it like between them
during the commercial break?
She sure looked gratefully out at you guys in the audience, at the few whoops you were able to offer.
That must have meant a LOT to her.
Good job!
