What are you guys talking about? Me? Good heck! Look--I'm not from NY--my daughter just went to school there, graduated, and moved to Hollywood, hopeful she could pay off her insane student loans. She said the political stuff is CRAZY in Hollywood. It was NEVER a problem in NYC, but she wasn't working that much there--she was a student, and I think it's a lot different when you're working. I've told her to keep her head up and her mouth shut. She won't even talk politics to her church friends now.

Maybe your daughter would like to do something else showbiz-related, like TV news? At least there's some room and tolerance for conservative viewpoints there. Lots of luck to her!
