Yes, calling someone a "troll" without any evidence can be considered a "personal attack." And giving someone the benefit of the doubt is showing common courtesy. I'd like to think that this can be a forum where decorum and civility aren't lost arts.

Trolls can't spell, and make no sense.

But, the biggest indicator to me that she wasn't a troll, is that she spent time on the thread.
