Everything I've read about this movie says that Martin is no Sellers. All the slapstick with none of the subtlety, indeed most of the comedy is of the physical variety and most of that is very forced. It's doubtful that many people will bother with it, especially when they can rent the far more sublime original and watch it at home again and again.
