I'm about to open WFTD class. In honour of this non-event, here's an appropriate word or two to add to your vocabularies (I found them in my huge Oxford dictionary, so they're real):

vapulate: to flog; to be flogged

vapulatory: of, like or pertaining to flogging

I understand these will be two of Hillary's favourite words when she becomes President. You're welcome.
