Netscape & Outlook = different mail servers.

check that the smtp server name, in outlook, is correct.
in outlook, in the tools menu,
select accounts
double click your account
select the sever tab
verify the name is correct.

I assumed when you say "outlook" you meant outlook express. ( though the same process applies to outlook)
