There was some good music when I was in high school in the early 80s. Ronnie Dio was with Sabbath and Ozzie was doing well on his own. Richie Blackmore had just formed Rainbow. Pat Traverse was good. There was Judas Priest, Blue oyster cult, Ted Nugent, Alice Cooper, etc etc etc.
But that's 25 years ago champ. Hey, here's the great white hope. Not rock, but just lovely. Plays the piano and sings coherently. She's talented.....Texan .......tantalizing... what's not to love?

I like Norah Jones, though she DEFINITELY isn't rock. She's a mix of jazz and country/western. I've seen her twice in concert, and she's GREAT.
