However, though you're right that Chelsea has never held office, she did tour the country supporting the Kerry candidacy last year --and made some pretty outrageous statement about GWB.
So she's fair game IMO for just about everything except her looks. Including her boozing.

Maybe she's Web Huble's daughter, and he's Bill Clinton's Son. Given what we know about the Clinton's it's not so inconceivable.
