You must not have some required video program on your computer. I don't know which one it is, QuikTime or something. I can see some videos (including this one) and not others on my computer here at work, but I get no sound, which in the case of this item was not important. Sorry.
that's just it, i have realplayer and quicktime. i can see most videos. it is horking me.
