I was shocked when Boone died and based on some interviews I believe he was too. My friends and I have speculated on whether he'll pop back up in the new season. With this show anything is possible, right?

Did you notice that they didn't show him being buried (unless I blinked and missed it)? They just wrapped him up in a tarp and laid him on a hill. So maybe there will be a little return action on him - although he must be getting pretty ripe by now.
If I were stuck on a deserted island I don't think I'd be so cavalier with a good tarp!
I hope to see more Hurley in the new season. He's my rave fave.

Unfortunately I missed last weeks episode so I didn't see the funeral or the fight with Locke. My VCR failed to record so I now have to wait for the reruns which they are so good at showing ;-0

Assuming this is true and assuming it's the guys sailing away on the raft ... I will be very unhappy if Sawyer is one of these.
Sawyer is a great character. Just a hunch but I don't think he's going anywhere.
I actually wouldn't mind much if Michael got written off the island, but he probably won't be because of Walt. Maybe it's Jin..
