I also wonder if he could see that, visually. Or even hear, aurally, any warnings on the radio. Then feel, tactilely, his control instruments to turn the puppy around....
Turns out it is some guy from Smoketown PA. LOL
He will be filling out papers and answering questions for a few days. Will probably get a suspension of his ticket and could lose it. DUMB
