It is the responsibility for both parents to support their children. My children live with me...I work and use my wages to provide for my kids. It cost me about $800 per month, my ex pays $150 support.
He helped create them...he should help support them!
But it is YOU who presumably sought guardianship...and it is YOU who receives the blessings of raising and nurturing the little tykes. And it is YOU who the children will grow to love and respect.
