Oh, I can get nasty with the best of them. But I ain't gonna whale on a severely undermatched opponent if they aren't an obvious troll.
I guess that is a key point - there have been many times that I thought someone might be a troll, but I checked their most recent posts and there was no troll indication from that. I did have the benefit with this poster of having a freepmail from her early on - but even without that, I think we were too quit to call for the zot. She wasn't naming names (like some newbies do, and which we don't want), she wasn't pushing an agenda, she probably was just in a lot of hurt over her situation and a few folks made her hurt a bit more.
