There are of course, loopholes in that rule. IIRC, it is recommended that Security Council nations not provide the Sec General. Otherwise, all he'd have to do is renounce his US citizenship. At that point, my give a damn is busted.

Clinton bought a mansion in the EU, and had been staying there until recently. He said he bought it to be closer to Websters daughter (heh heh heh).
If he thought he could get any where near that much power, he'd denounce the U.S. in a heart beat.
My guess? He'll appoint himself as the head on the UN on June 6th, 2006.
