Finished Voyage of the Dawn Treader and started The Magician's Nephew (again) going to and from Eureka Springs. We went to the lake and rented a paddleboat. I swear, this boy's dad has made him afraid of his own shadow. Very frustrating. He gets so obsessed about bees, bears and snakes that he can't even relax and enjoy himself.
Tell him I got snake bit when I was his age.
I was really upset, as my mom wouldn't let me play in the swamp after that.
