Oh yeah, it's pointless for me to attempt fireworks shots without a tripod. The little Kodak digital camera I have has a fireworks setting, so I used it for the first time. I still prefer the fireworks pictures I took in Maryland from across the Severn River of the display from the Naval Academy.

I think that I have a fireworks setup on my camera too, but have never used it as far as I remember.

I should have had this camera when Al blew his face up with our biiiig black powder cannon a few years ago..lol. I could have taken pics of them picking the black powder out of his face for a few hours too. ;)
