Yikes!
Now I KNOW that our troll friend here has no sense of humor!
Foreign countries cannot compete with the US.
Black diamond tool steel from the US, and black diamond tool steel from some other country are two very different animals despite supposedly being the same.
The quality is far different.
Of course, if idiot Dims keep restricting business and innovation, the US will suffer and suffer far worse than one can imagine.
You cannot make steel without LOTS of electricty.
They use huge crucibles and basically arc melt the stuff.
Can't do that without electricty, and 'alternate energy sources' don't have enough guts to produce.
That leaves three choices, oil fired power plant, coal fire power plant, or nuke.
And in an enviro's eyes, NONE of the above is acceptable.
They're still stuck on 'Three Mile Island'.
All with no proof.
Guess you didn't read the papers back then.
Contemporaneous news articles pointed out, quite clearly, that was very much the strategy. No secret about it, professed openly in European circles.
No, you get tarred and feathered for making opinions that are controversial and pawning them off as facts.
"What could I possibly say that would be more convincing than the work of a thousand scientists from a hundred different countries?"
Anyone still looking for the Philosopher's Stone?
As I said before, pretty small pool. I can find a thousand who claim otherwise. Further, as I've stated, there is ZERO proof in meteorology this is occurring (see previous post) using data going back decades.
Sorry, it's an opinion, not a fact.
Not so subtle distinction?
Ah, yes, the 'nuance' of it all, right?
Of course I can't prove that. That doesn't make it any less valid as an outcome.
I would love to banter some more, but I have meetings to go to in the real world for the next four hours.
LOL!
As previously explained, businesses go where the money is.
And here I was expecting you to produce stone tablets showing cavemen driving evil SUV's.

Some scientists call it a phantom phenomena.

"Promise me one thing: when global climate change is confirmed as a "real" phenomenon, please commit ritual suicide in shame at the gargantuan extent of your wrongness!"
Do me a favor troll, YOU commit ritual suicide.
Especially after reading the linked articles.
