Seems kinda disingenuous to publish a tweaking guide for software that will need another 170 pages of tweaking assistance next month...

For what it's worth, I performed a few of the registry tweaks suggested in the PDF file and my IE browser is now as fast as Firefox. I use both browsers on a regular basis, but am stunned at how quick IE now loads.
