It's not as if the people who buy into it are doing anything to change the American music/television/entertainment industry.

If no change will come from it, then there is nothing to be bothered about (although I think change will come from it).

If people are "voting for the worst" because they truly believe they're going to "change the music world," then they are just ignorant.

But I think most of 'em aren't like that. They're worse than ignorant.
