I like Pierce as Bond.
He plays it well, with a good deal of panache, and his style is impeccable.
There's not really anyone out there who can step into Bond just now. That Timothy Dalton guy almost ruined the franchise - he was painfully horrid.
Prior to his first Bond flick, my wife and I had thought he'd be the perfect choice for 007. (We're both big Bond fans..) But once I saw him in the part, he didn't quite do it for me. He doesn't have that mix of macho and suave that Connery or even Moore had.
