My dad passed away a year and a half ago after losing his battle with cancer. Because of the radiation he had to go through he had a feeding tube because it burned his throat so bad that he was unable to swallow. Never once during the time he had his feeding tube did I ever consider pulling it out and letting him starve to death. That would have been inhumane and cruel, but apparently Michael Schaivo doesn't see it that way.
