Yeah right. Real parties. Neither one of them could stick to an agenda for more than 4-6 years. The Republican party at one time used to at least voice limited government positions. Not anymore. They're loose from their moorings and moving to the left as fast as they can. Not that the Democrats stand for anything anymore either. I'm not big L libertarian but I wouldn't waste my vote on either of the major parties if you paid me.

i wish you guys would make up your mind on that. During off years, the Libertarians and others are derided as a minority party of dopers, open border freaks, and anarchists (at least in the case of Libertarians). However, come an election cycle, the Bots seem to consider the Libertarians an extension of the Democratic party, the Waffen SS, the Antichrist, and the CFR...a serious threat to the Republican agenda to reform America (although when they get elected, the Pubs are indistinguishable from the Dims). Can't have it both ways hoss.
