Insurance companies...hmph! They always give people such grief!
I pick up a rental car this evening! First one I've ever rented. Even though my car doesn't shake and shimmy like it did before I got it fixed, I still don't trust it. I rented this one to go to the Beetle salvage yard and I rented one to go to g'nads for Shootmoot.
Tomorrow is supposed to be beautiful. A good day for salvage-yarding. And I spoke with the owner of the salvage yard and he's a nice older guy...very courteous on the phone.
~sigh~
Just got an email from my brother-in-law. His grandfather passed away this morning. Not unexpected. This is the brother-in-law whose mom committed suicide a couple of years ago. But this is his dad's father.
Of course it's not all about Corin, but this'll be my fourth funeral in two weeks...'scuse my language, but just damn.
Gotta go...
