If we take it all on balance - does the coverage of the Bush twins approach that of Billy Carter who provided so much entertainment when Jimmuh was Prez?
And, secondly, why do we care? What the Bush girls do is their business, they are private, independent citizens of the USA. Their relationship to the President is not a reflection of him or his administration, it is a reflection of the MTV generation's policies coming home to roost.

My thoughts exactly. Not only is it none of our concern, as several have said, she is an adult now. She is the President's daughter, not the queen, not the sub president. This is a problem (if there truly is one) to be worked out between mom and dad and daughter.

Teddy Roosevelt suffered from a "wild child" daughter: Alice Roosevelt. (Of course, one hundred years ago, public smoking by women, rather than "dirty dancing", was the threshold of shock.) President Roosevelt stated that he could either govern the country or govern his daughter, but he could not do both. It looks like history repeats itself with the Bush daughters, compounded and magnified by a hostile MSM press.
