Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean told California Democrats last night the party needs to change its rhetoric on abortion to project a more mainstream image.
"I think we need to talk about abortion differently," Dean said. "Republicans have painted us into a corner where they have forced us to defend abortion. I don't know anybody who's for abortion."
Dean is buying into the Lakoff solution of changing the words to try to make their RAT positions more acceptable to the mainstream of America.
Good morning all. We are back at our residence, although I wish we weren't. It was a great trip. Much to do so will have to just check in periodically.
Glad you got back safe and sound, and I know you had a great time.
