OK, here's my shot at this:

What links huckleberry hound to Breakfast at tiffany’s
Um, a picnic basket?

What links Submarines, cigarettes and six

A picnic basket with a six inch sub-sandwich, and six cigarettes which are items not sold at Tiffanys.

What “links” Hitler to Napoleon
These two dictators never had breakfast at Tiffany's but they smoked six cigarettes a day and were making up for a part of their anatomy?

What links Voltaire, Marco Polo, O.Henry. And one of the men above?
OK, Napolean and Voltaire were French. Tiffany's has French stuff. Voltaire inspired the Enlightenment, Marco Polo was enlightened when he went to China. Marco Polo and O Henry both had things named after them: A game kids play in the pool & a candy bar?

What Links “Lethal weapon” with Billy Jean King
The person the candy bar was really named after was black, and so is Danny Glover (Lethal Weapon co-star) and his opposite sidekick (Mel Gibson), had the same hairstyle as Billy Jean King?

And no, I didn't Google! (pretty obvious Huh?)
