Well, being that I have already solved the ILLEGAL Immigration Issue, I figgered I'd go ahead and explain the reasons we ought not waste Policeman's time and energy busting those who smoke a doobie out in their buddy'a cabin in the mountains or in some lowlife scumbag druggie's basement...SomeDrugs ain't as bad as other drugs!! Surprise!! Surprise!! Surprise!!

Out of curiosity, why would one with illegal drugs in their system voluntarily submit to testing? And why would one who doesn't indulge in illegal drug bother testing?

Voluntary is a waste of time, because drug users aren't going to volunteer. Random drug tests impose on freedoms.

With all due respect, the Evil Weed was only made ILLEGAL in the 30's becuz the Revenooers who had been hired to enforce Prohibition needed something to do once Alcohol was de-criminalized. These days, the primary source of funding behind the Un-Constitutional WarOnSomeDrugs are the beer and liquor industries becuz legalizing the Evil Weed would result in many folks growing their own in their own backyard, which would cut into Beer and Liquor profits, and the Federal Guv'ment wouldn't have a way to tax grow-yer-own pot!!

You miss my point, my FRiend...folks who "volunteer" to receive Big Guv'ment FReebies will be REQUIRED to be randomly drug-tested. Also, all Federal employees will be REQUIRED to be tested--the Military already is. Then, all pilots and busdrivers and whatever will be required--by their company--to be randomly drug-tested. Next, certain companies will decide to implement a zero-tolerance drug plicy, while other companies decide not to...that's be up to the company itself.
