That's great. I soaked a BIG bonfire with about ten gallons of gas once. We lit it from a distance with roman candles. Good thing we did because it laid the grass flat for better than 25 yards in every direction.
It was awesome, mushroom cloud and all.

My younger brother did this very same thing in our backyard back when we were teenagers. It blew him back on his butt about 6-8 feet and singed him good. It wasn't the first time he submitted his application for a Darwin Award, but he never did quite qualify.
