Hey wait just a sec - BS could have milked (sorry) her career for at least another few years but instead she got married and decided to have a child.

Somehow I see this as a positive thing - maybe she took a look around and decided to opt out of the machine and to form a family. Who knows - she might be a good mom and wife.
