When the daughter was younger she had a girlfriend that began to get tattoos and eventually had hooks put into her back where she could suspend herself on meat hooks. It was gross and I was glad when my daughter lost that friend.
Your poor daughter, I only hope she's grown up to be a more liberated and accepting person than you. She wasn't asking you to be friends with that girl, and she certainly wasn't asking you to go and suspend yourself.
