I wonder if this is a shake down since Vick has a lot of money? If Vick really has it, then I am sure he would have settle out of court in order to avoid a public embarrassment. Furthermore, if an Attorney cannot win on the facts of the case then they attempt to win it in the court of public opinion. I will just sit back and watch on this one, and not make any assumptions. Remember there is two sides to each story, and the truth.

She can't prove Vick gave it to her since 45 Million americans have one strain or the other so he probably declined to settle out of court.
