FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- A woman is suing Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick, claiming he knowingly gave her a sexually transmitted disease. In the civil lawsuit, Sonya Elliott, who says she is Vick's former girlfriend, claims Vick gave her genital herpes in an April 2003 encounter.
In the complaint, Elliott, 26, seeks damages, alleging negligence by Vick, unwanted physical contact, pain, suffering and potential future medical complications.

That strange woman forced me to kiss her and didn't tell me she was in the communicable stage.

The gift that keeps on giving. But since maybe 20% or more of the population has has either Type 1 or Type 2, this should not be a surprise.

With great thoughtfulness and empathy for the victim, a spokesman added:
"If Reagan had not been so irresponsible, this never would have happened."

unless he had a severe case of hsv, i don't see what 'treatment' he needed. Its incurable, but outbreaks can usually be controlled with one of the inhibitors (zovirax, valtrx, famvir, whatever). What else is there to treat besides a doctor's income needs?

Ron Mexico? I didn't catch that at first. Sounds like a name for a gay porno star.

I assume that the "treatment" is the medication(s) to prevent outbreaks. I was just paraphrasing The Smoking Gun when I typed my reply.
I just like the name "Ron Mexico."
Again, hee.

And the best outcome will hopefully be no more stupid Vick commercials. It's not that he can run, it's that he has the drips. But they misidentified him in the article. He's not a quarterback, he's a running back who occassional throws the ball.

I wonder if this is a shake down since Vick has a lot of money?
Nah...she wouldn't. </sarcasm>
How on earth could she prove she got it from him? She could have gotten it anywhere.

I once dated a woman for a few months, and before things progressed too far, she informed me that she was a HSV-2 carrier. She was so upset about it, poor thing. Her disclosure made me like her even more. We broke up sometime after that (for other reasons), and never really went past "1st base" anyways. She did the responsible thing, and for that I am ever greatful. I have very fond memories of her.

There goes the idea that condoms will protect you. HSV-2 can pass through a condom.
America's school children should be warned, but of course, that wouldn't be allowed.

Exactly plus I am skeptical about her relocation from Virginia to Georgia. As if she had nothing to do with that. LOL! I think this woman has been stocking him, and now it is time for pay day. Since he will not agree now she is trying to embarrass the guy.

I don't think were far off from seeing T-shirts proclaiming
my herpes is inactive this week. Or possibly a color code of some sort.. Green for inactive...yellow for "I think so"..red for "sorry babe, maybe next week"...and a itchy based annoying pale pink for "let's get together cause we're both scratching like flea infested baboons, so what the *ell?
