I heard the guy on Glenn Beck. Sounds as if the judge didn't have all the information.
However, I was discouraged to hear that they're going to use David Gibbs, the lawyer who botched the Schiavo case.
Somebody get David Boies down there. He's a much better litigator.

Somebody get David Boies down there. He's a much better litigator. agree with you here - even tho I do not like the man - he is a brilliant lawyer and seemed to be on Terri's side...
would like to see him get into this - sneakers and all :O)

I could never say that David Gibbs III "Botched" Terri Schiavo's case. hem came in on the tail end and he did outstanding work. I read almost every thing he petitioned to the courts. He is top drawer.
