Regardless, it appears that the FL law allows MS and Greer to make the decisions they made?

have you followed the documentation showing that the "laws" were slipped in under the influence of the Greer-Felos cohorts in order to allow them to have the appearance of "legality" in doing what they did to Terri -

Apparently Greer can decide against the guardian if there is a legal document
giving the guardian full authority for medical decisions.

I've seen that speculation. Yes.

In the current instance, anyone know what the GA law is regarding the definition of next of kin?

In some states it is provided that the child is the next of kin if there is no spouse and if the child predeceases the person in question, then the child's child, the grandchild, stands next in the succession of next of kin?
