Yes. Colmes wanted to make the point that "the law was working as it's supposed to" in this case, just like it did in the Schiavo case. Nothing like glossing over ALL of the relevant disputes, and leaping right to the conclusion. Typical teevee numbnuts.
Colmes is very offensive to me. I keep sending Fox emails to get rid of him. Hasn't worked as you can see.
