I glanced over them earlier. They boilerplate guardian documents. Similar in every state. The oddest part was Gabby never refuted any of the accusation or her refutation was not included. I'll take a better look tomorrow when I can.

If her estate is worth that much and there is a qestion of law or diversity of citizenship issues you could in all probabilty bump it up to district court. I don't want to say definantly, but you would have a good chance.
