Yes she ORRIGIONALLY only had a financial POA, but when the relatives called the hospice and found out she was being staved to death the hospice checked and found out this infomation and that the patient had a living will directly contradicting the grandaughters orders, thay then called the grandaughter, told her the info and stalled the relatives untill the grandaughter could get a temporary guardianship after which the grandaughter ordered the starvaton of her gradmother.

Thanks. I did pick that up from the threads...so now it's a matter of discovering why her doctor said she had no chance of recovery from problems with a dissected aorta? Her age maybe? Because others have had the same problem and are living to tell about it.
