I am absolutely not one of those filibustering democrats. I am simply a man with a humanistic attitude towards other human beings. Neither am I a christian. I was simply asking questions to make people think what might be behind it. Quite obviously, the two Bush brothers did have the means as well as the obligation to prevent a planned murderous attack, but they made only token attempts. One really has to wonder why.

this rotten judiciary will say it suffices to have the "expert" opinions of three court-hired and court-dependent physicians to declare a person brain-dead to be allowed either to kill this persons for "mercy" or "euthanasia" reasons or, provided, the persons's organs are in perfect condition, to have the organs ripped out of a living being and sold to the insatiable organ industry (organs are expensive-you can get more than a million for all organs plus corneas, bones, marrow etc)

I understand your passion in this issue, but I fail to see any connection between the "organ industry", and Terri's death. You make it sound as if a person can sell off their organs and make their surviving family wealthy, yet you have yet to show any hard evidence to back up your opinion. You say you have a "humanistic attitude towards other human beings". By making these baseless "organ industry" claims, do you realize the damage that is being done to those waiting for organ transplants? Do you really think there is a conspiracy to harvest organs? While your intentions may be good, I think you are way overboard on suggesting this is a conspiracy. It was a violation of Terri's constitutional rights, and thus judicial wrongdoing, but there's no organ harvesting conspiracy here.
