Green Door is roughly '53-'54.
Here's one from the turn of the century.....the 19th to the 20th century, that is........
"Cocaine and Bill and Morphine Sue, walking down the avenue, oh baby have a little ( sound of snorting ) on me......."
And then there's "WILLIE THE WEAPER", which is from the mid 19th century minstrel shows.
