I hope her time away from FR results in her getting her head straightened out. I think I saw where her son is supposed to be home from Iraq soon; that might help, too.
She's not the only one who seems to have gone off the deep end regarding the Terri Schiavo case here on FR. It seems like they look at everything through Terri Schiavo glasses, and anyone who doesn't is the enemy.
FWIW, my take on the T.S. case is that there were two sides with two different stories about what T.S.'s wishes were. In effect, the court decided her husband's testimony was as good as a living will. Thus, while BB and her ilk insist it the case was all about the right to life, I maintain it was neither a right-to-life nor right-to-die case. It seems to me that the Schiavo case was more about who speaks for a person when that person cannot speak for herself.
But, BB & company wouldn't hear of it.
Exactly. That was my opinion of it also. (The court's opinion too-but I know you know that)
