I only pissed on it when the little brats made enough noise to bring the CIA's mind-control beams down from the sky. Luckily I lined my entire house with tinfoil to reflect them. Although I'm stil not sure if that's really effective, or if it just focuses the mind-control rays.

As for the cats, since you use the word "fair" instead of "fare", the sentence makes no sense (as par for the course) and thus cannot be answered.
