I find it a little offensive that you compare Terri's to the persecution of Jesus Christ. And what ORDINARY powers did Jeb have to overturn a court order vindicated by the appellate process? The simple facts of the matter are that the court had the power to decide this case either way, made a decision that many of us disagree with, but not one that constituted an error of fact or law, and that a tragic situation came to a tragic, but lawful end.

Look up Article I Section 2 of the Constitution of Florida -- the rulings were in violation of this section and therefore illicit....
