In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of word for the day. Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the word of the day; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. The Review threads are linked for your edification. ;-) Practice makes perfect.....post on....
Subbie Slip has her whip, handcuffs and legcuffs today.
The rest of the stuff is locked up in my drawer. Im just letting all the new students know that we behave as if we were ladies and gentlemen in here. Those two words as if can get you an A if you make the subbie laugh.

A Freudian slip? LOL!
Im willing to bet Monica kept more than Bill's Legacy, er, the blue dress..
No, if it's really festering, it needs some of this...
Note new tag line
You do know about xs's peroxide fixation don't you DG?
Just got home from my workout and CG & LulaBelle have gone to visit with his mom & visiting brother. It is weird here with just the psycho kitty. Thank goodness they should be back soon.
I feel safer with a dog in the house...even toothless, flatulent old Willie protects me from Jehovah's Witnesses and pizza delivery guys, bless him. CG should have taken the cat and left you with Lula Belle. (They make valium for kitties who don't like travel.)
Would "I" (being properly swerve and deboner) ever consider misuing any such thong in pubic?
Sir!
You dare imping my honor? I shall have to challenge you twice to a duel at dawn. (Bring coffee.)
Geee...........
So I'm helping St Ronnie fill out her chemical order sheets for next term.....
(You can't believe how tempting it would be to add one line to these innumerable different order sheets to different chemical supply and laboratory companies on the school's automatic-order spreadsheet:
Item 5, Stannous Chloride Soln, lab grade, 0.1M, 500 ML
Item 6, 100 qty, 500 KG EA, trinitrotoluene, lab grade, 500 gm pkg,
Item 7, Cupric Chloride, lab grade, 500 g
Item 8, Iso-propyl alchohol, reagent, 500 ml.....
(Robt idly wonders if if the order would get through the system unchanged....)
Ask Cg to check my order form on nbr 256.....
Dynamite order, Robert. Good luck sneaking it past St. Ronnie.
That said, when "good old boys politics"(Greer, M Schiavo, Felos, former sheriff/state rep are connected twice over) is combined with a guy who has two kids on the side while still married, it does not paint a picture of positive motives to say the least.
When there isn't a clear wish by the patient, I have to support going on the side of life. When the 'guardian' broke his contract and his vows, it's a real easy decision to make since he can not be trusted with the patient's best interest.
I do see a eugenics movement making a comeback as well, and it scares the hell out of me, particulary with the power the insurance industry has.
I would have flat out spelled it out, but I don't want to press my luck any more than I have today and end up in timeout for use of language.
I have no use whatsoever for anyone in that Pinellas County Good ole Boys club. (Mikey, Greer, Felos, the sheriff, State Rep Rice)
Bwahahahahhaahha.
Check the smokey back room to find the turkeys....
I know how to take care of turkeys.....
I believed God allowed the fiasco in FL after the 2000 elections to let Americans see the dems for what they were. Look how many joined the Republican party and have voted Republican in the last two national elections. We have gained. It was a painful period, but God used it to change hearts, which changed votes. He can use this as well.
I am in a somber mood, (as is fitting for this day's events) as a cold front blows in with high winds and rainshowers-I do not believe that Terri's death will go unremarked or will not lead to change-perhaps that is God's plan. I only hope that it will not go unavenged legally, as well-I dislike legal grandstanding, but I support it all the way in this case. If that is a sinful thought, then I stand accused...
Personally, i think it sounds selfish. My mother died after a 6 week illness, my motherinlaw died suddenly of a heart attack. i experienced loss both ways and let me tell you, it made me decide that i do not care if i linger, if it will make it easier for my family. 15 years in God's time is a nanosecond. There was some televangelist on Oreilly last night, that Crystal cathedral guy. He could be a moneygrubbing kook for all i know, i don't follow those people, but he made a point about terri, that those also serve God who only suffer. There is worth in EVERY living human being and she was ALIVE. Her family loved her and deserved the right to take care of her.
i fear the slippery slope that further devalues life.
aren't you cute!!!! ; )
FoxNFriends had that deathmongering lawyer Felos on and at the very end they ask him about his affiliation with the hemlock society. oh, he doesn't know where people are getting that, he is not a member, he SPOKE to them, but he is not a member. END OF INTERVIEW. xshub screaming at the top of his lungs--- ASK HIM WHAT HE SPOKE TO THEM ABOUT!!! of course not, now Felos has disabused everyone of the notion that he is somehow affiliated with the Hemlock society...
i have to take xsbrownie to school now but will open a classroom when i get back, it should be a little before 9 am.
yes i got chills when i saw the story on here first thing. again, we have to be happy for him. God is the one calling. he isn't being/hasn't been rushed.
