Thje law was on Michael Schiavo's side, even if the moral right wasn't.

Thje law was on Michael Schiavo's side,""""

NO. When there's a dispute about a "PVS" patient's wishes with regard to life support (including hydration tube), Florida law requires "clear and convincing" evidence that the patient would want support removed. Greer claimed there WAS "clear and convincing" evidence that Terri would want feed and water tube removed. That's a bunch of crap - - there were only a few casual, throwaway statements attributed to her, that didn't address the issue in a considered way - and the only ones who claimed to have heard them were Michael and his bro and bro's wife. Other statements, related by Terri's friend, went the other way. So the evidence was ambiguous - far from "clear and convincing." So the law WASN'T on Michael's side - but dimented (or demonic) Judge Greer was, very much so. It's all very sick - - - even more so because Greer is allowed to get away with this judicial murder by the weak sister politicians from W and Jeb on down.

Friend, I'm serious when I suggest that you don't rely on politicians to protect you. They have other priorities - the first being career and the last being career.
