Actually there is a case that law enforcement can make to keep Terri alive. There is an active investigation by the FDLE that has been stalled. An Asst. State attorney, Bernie McCabe of Pinellas and Pasco Counties had it quashed not once but twice. Allegations in the investigation include that Terri was brutally beaten by MS, choked for over 4 minutes and other pertinent info that needs to be investigated and should be completed before she is murdered.

There is all kinds of documentation on fr about things that have happened to Terri. Law enforcement is definitely concerned. Here is a link to that concern.

There are numerous legal means by which Terri can be saved, but those that have the levers of power are not willing to use them, because of the perceived political fallout.

Rush just finished saying that Jeb Bush feels he doesn't have the power to do anything, his hands are tied. Getting harder to believe all the time.

If I were Jeb I would be on the phone to GW and tell him to do whatever it takes, politics be damned.
