Chris Cannon's (R-UT) disgusting Agricultural Jobs an Opportunity Act as "not an amnesty" never mind that it allowed illegals to transform from illegal status to legal status with no punishment if they had worked one hundred days in agriculture (and working one hour qualified as a full day). Chris Cannon was reelected and I believe was recently recognized by La Raza as their politician of the year.
