covering our difference and hoping they go away is the hallmark of some families who get along well.
we should be able to discuss this without killing one another. We need to but feelings are too high right now.
That's why my family is fractured and I have to go to several Easter celebrations.
All kidding and stonecrushing (almost as good a word as ilk) aside, it is depressing and scary when you understand the ramifications of what is going on in this case. People are talking about it and debating it here because this is a good place to do it.
Once in a while I even change my mind. It isn't going to happen this time, but I've lurked and listened and posted once or twice.
