I think it was Judge Neopolitano on FOX who made a important observation. He thinks that one thing that is playing into the fact that each judicial court keeps saying "no" is the schindlers constant appealing to the courts over and over again through the years. Kinda like being a pest or badgering to the judges and they do not like it.

The schindlers may have been their most worst enemy.

People are generally unaware that the judiciary is like a mafia, until they get swallowed by the beast.

The Schindlers will be back before Judge Greer this afternoon asking, according to MSNBC, for Judge Greer to recuse himself and that her father said Terri said to him, I want to live.' I hope they have the latter on tape. The first isn't going to happen at this late date.
