Look, I don't know how you feel about this, but should the parent's file a civil suit against Michael for killing their daughter?

Many of you yesterday told me Michael is a murderer.

If he really is a murderer, should Terri's parents sue him?

They'd lose. Probably would get thrown out shortly after it was filed.

If they do Judge Greer should be a co-defendant.

They're going to file a wrongful death suit, no doubt about it. They've been telegraphing that for quite some time.

Absolutely... that is unless Michael should meet and "accidental" demise after Terri's death.

I think they should. But I wonder if they won't have lost faith in our judicial system by then (if they haven't already).

I think the suit should be filed against Greer. His hospice center got much of the $700,000 that was awarded for her treatment and rehab. A hospice is not a place for treatment or rehab.

Yes - and not just against Michael Schiavo but against Judge Greer and Felos. Can a person sue a judge??

I will be the first to donate $200.00 to any legal fund that is dedicated to this action. If anyone hears about something like this going on, email me!

Obviously, I hope it's not Gibb because I'm disappointed in his work on this.

Up to 67% saying he should pay.

I think he should pay, too. But I think his debt cannot be paid in mere money.

I think everyone should now press Governor Bush for an autopsy if she indeed dies. There has to be some way for him to get it done.

Yes, I think they will if they can gather up the strength after this 15 year battle with Michael, and I believe they should.

If they implicate the judge, then they will have to implicate the attorney general, Felos, (the attorney) the nursing home, the hospice where Terri is now at for Medicaid Fraud (because you have to be terminally ill to legally be admitted into a Hospice program, and Terri is not nor was she ever terminally ill, Jeb Bush and anyone else who covered up evidence or didn't act in a timely manner to save Terri. This could turn out to be quite a scandal for the state of Florida executive officials if they pursue it.

That's their decision and theirs alone to make. They should not be influenced by outsiders. They've been through enough. I'm concerned about Mr. Schindler. He health must have taken a terrible beating.

Nothing in their lives prepared them for what they've had to deal with in the years when they should be having some peace in between the normal blows life gives everyone.

Some will say they brought it on themselves and question their motives. BS. Whatever their motives are, they have fought harder for their daughter in an unprecedented, prolonged manner.

Yes, they should sue him! Hopefully some extra skilled lawyer will be willing to take this case on for free! (Can PETA recommend someone? :)

Florida is a good place for murderers to own a home. No matter what you owe, your home is yours to keep. There is only one other state with the same law. That's why OJ owns in FL! (But Florida is not a good place to retire to - be very afraid!)

Terri's parents should sue Michael if Terri dies. I would be the 1st in line to help.
