Bush can't pardon Schiavo because she's not the one who committed the crime here. He can, however, however do what BJ Klintoon did with Elian Gonzalez, and send armed federal agents to take custody by force and remove Schiavo to a military hospital for treatment.

maybe she has not comitted a crime however; judge greer and anyone executing his order to remove her feeding tube is comitting one or more felonies in that it is a felony to inflict corporal punishment , if more than one person is involved you also have conspiracy. funny how politicians that know this suborn it . what ever happened to no one is above the law.
